10/4 | Ottawa, Run for Tomorrow (R4T) fundraising gala, guest speaker

R4T and Race Roster host an evening of fun and inspiration featuring Marsh as their keynote speaker. The event is in support and anticipation of a mini-version of next year's pan-global, nonstop marathon relay, which will leave from Ottawa in April 2014 to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity. The "mini" run begins October 27 in Ottawa and ends to coincide with the New York Marathon on November 5.
