As the Dreams in Action (DNA) group continues to prepare for their climb of Aconcagua Jan 6-25, 2010 I continue to test various communication tips and tricks. Today, I’m testing posting images and pdf files using different techniques. Below is a graph created by DNA-climber Marieke Dechesne showing the progress of the climb by day and elevation (in meters).
Watch for more information about the DNA climb of Aconcagua, including informational pieces written by the climbers covering topics of local interest such as cultural history, geology of Aconcagua, water issues, and more! We will also be posting daily (technology allowing) updates about the climb directly from the mountain. So, be sure to follow along as the DNA climbers attempt to reach the highest point in South America!
We haven't left the states yet. We will depart tomorrow Jan 6 and arrive in Mendoza on Jan 7. Updates have been programmed to post each day during the climb (Jan 7-23). In addition, if the technology works, we'll be posting live updates from the mountain during the climb as well.
