The Denver Athletic Club is one of the oldest and most prestigious clubs in the country. Founded in 1884, it's an historical landmark in the heart of Denver, adjacent to the Denver Convention Center and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

What: Join us for the national launch of my new book! We’ll give you a copy of Running on Empty the first day it’s out, and we’ll watch the documentary about the 2008 transcontinental run together, talk about the book and film, mingle and enjoy drinks and hors d’oevres in the grand ballroom at one of the premier clubs in America. Attire is business casual.

Dean Karnazes’ Run Across America

Dean Karnazes is expected to go farther than he ever has before. At the end of last month, he set off on a nearly 3,000-mile run across the United States, starting at Disneyland in Anaheim and looking to finish in New York in about 75 days.
